Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive – Account Manager to drive business growth and manage key accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base
  • Identify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts by providing exceptional service and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
